Royal Gin Fizz
Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup Waterloo Gin
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp simple syrup*
- Champagne or sparkling wine
- Place egg white, Waterloo Gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously until frothy and cold. Strain into a tall, skinny glass.
- Top with Champagne and serve.
Simple Syrup*
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- In a small saucepan, simmer sugar and water over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
- Allow to cool, and store in the refrigerator.
